Cancel whenever you like and keep what you paid for until the cycle ends. Fourteen days to change your mind in the EU, EEA and UK. And never pay for a generation that failed on us.
1. What This Policy Covers
This policy explains how billing, cancellation and refunds work for Odyon subscriptions. It restates Sections 3, 3A and 4 of our Terms of Service on a page of its own, so you can find it without reading the whole agreement. Where the two describe the same thing they are meant to say the same thing; the Terms govern. Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, acting as Merchant of Record. Your receipts, invoices and billing portal come from Lemon Squeezy, and refunds are issued by them. Odyon never receives or stores your card details.
2. Subscriptions & Renewal
Pro ($19/month) and Studio ($49/month) renew automatically each billing cycle until you cancel. Each renewal grants that cycle's Gems. We will not change the price of an active subscription mid-cycle. If we change plan pricing, the new price applies from your next renewal and we will tell you before it takes effect.
3. Cancellation
You can cancel at any time from the billing portal in your account settings. There is no cancellation fee and no minimum term. Cancelling stops future renewals. It does not cut the cycle short: your paid features, plugin access and Gems stay available until the end of the period you have already paid for. After that your account moves to the free Hobby plan. Gems you already hold are yours and are not taken away when a subscription ends — you simply stop receiving the monthly grant. Paid-plan features, including plugin access and the commercial licence on new creations, end with the subscription.
4. 14-Day Right of Withdrawal (EU, EEA and UK)
If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you have the right to withdraw from a subscription contract within 14 days of entering into it, without giving a reason. Send a clear statement — an email is enough — to legal@odyon.ai from the address on your Odyon account. Your notice counts if you send it before the 14 days end, and we refund within 14 days of receiving it, to your original payment method. One important exception applies, and it is the standard one for digital content: Gems reach your account the moment payment completes. At checkout we ask you to expressly request that immediate delivery and to acknowledge that it costs you the right of withdrawal. If you gave that acknowledgment, the right does not apply to that contract. If you did not, you may withdraw as described above. Section 3A of the Terms of Service is the operative wording.
5. Other Refunds
Outside the withdrawal right described above, subscription payments are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise. A cycle is treated as delivered once it begins, because its Gems are available to spend immediately. This does not displace any statutory right you have under the consumer law of your own country. If you were charged in error — a duplicate charge, a charge after cancellation, or one you did not authorise — write to billing@odyon.ai and we will investigate and put it right.
6. Automatic Gem Refunds for Failed Generations
You should only pay for results. If a generation fails because of a technical error on our side, the Gems charged for it return to your balance automatically. Each refund names the charge it reverses. That means it can never return more Gems than that charge cost you, and the same failure cannot be refunded twice. This returns Gems, not money. Gems have no cash value, cannot be transferred between users and cannot be exchanged for currency. If a generation failed and the Gems did not come back, write to billing@odyon.ai.
7. Disputes & Chargebacks
If a charge looks wrong, please write to billing@odyon.ai before opening a bank dispute. We can almost always resolve it faster, and a chargeback filed without contacting us may leave your account suspended while the dispute is open.
